What our customers say about us...
Excellent, wish more companies could be this professional. Results of the cleaning were better than I expected, and I will definitely be using you again. You were realistic beforehand about a stain that might not be removed, which I appreciated. When it was removed it was a bonus.
Helpful advice & prompt service from the first phone call to completion of the work 100% satisfaction.
Living on a farm and with two hairy dogs who have the run of the house my carpets get in a terrible state during the winter! Phil and his guys come every year in the summer and make the carpets look like new! They are very efficient and make no mess whatsoever. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The Carpet Cleaning Process
Here is what you experience when you choose us to clean your carpets and upholstery:
Why is carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning so important?
Carpet cleaning is very important. Just like it is important to keep your rugs, upholstery and natural stone clean and protected.
Carpets and fabrics act like a filter in your home. Just like your car filter it collects all the dirt and grime deep in the pile and keeps it there. Regular vacuuming helps to get the dirt and grime out of the carpet and upholstery, following that with regular deep cleaning of your carpets, rugs and upholstery, recommended every 1-3 years. this professional cleaning will extract out all the harmful sand, grit, germs and bacteria.
Carpets and rugs are very healthy to have in the home as they trap the dirt and germs in the pile. Having hard flooring means that every time a door opens all the soil, sand, dead skin, hair and other pollutants get blown around the room. The home owner then breathes all this in. Which is okay unless you have allergies or skin conditions.
Above are two photos. The first shows the dry soil that we got out of a sofa before we cleaned it. This is a very important step, as if you do not vacuum this out before putting moisture on it, it will simply turn to mud and will then become very difficult to fully remove. The second photo is the dirty water that got extracted out of the sofa.
Carpet cleaning is the same process you must remove as much of the dry soil as possible before getting moisture on the carpet to clean it. Also if you do not remove the dry soil the dry times of the carpets or upholstery will be longer. Longer drying times will mean more dangers of damp and mould damage.
What ever carpet cleaning company you use always make sure that dry soil removal is the first thing they do when they clean your carpets, rugs or upholstery.
