How long does the carpet cleaning process take?

About 1 hour per 400 cleanable square feet. This varies depending on the amount of soil, how much furniture needs moved, speciality spotting procedures, and set up time

How soon can i walk on it?

Keep pets, children and regular traffic off the carpet for abot an hour. You may use the carpet lightly immediatly after cleaning, just be careful not to slip. Wait 24 hours before removing the Styrofoam blocks and the card tabs that we put under furniture legs to protect furniture and carpet. Some carpets will feel slighlty damp for up to 18 hours depending on carpet and soil conditions. This is normal and will not cause any problems.

Do you move furniture?

we do move sofa's, beds and dinning tables. However we do not move small fragile items or TV's. Any heavy book case or shelfing unit must be empty of contents if you require us to move it.

Can you clean rugs over carpet or hard wood flooring?

No, we do not. we work alongside Captain Rug Wash of Plymouth Rug Cleaning when it comes to cleaning rugs.

Can you get out?

Executive Cleaning Services can remove any spot that is not permanent. We can remove upto 80% of stains but some stains we simply cannot shift. We do not guarantee removal of all stains and spots.

What about reocurring spots?

If a spot returned a day or so after cleaning, it may have been oily or sticky and was not completely removed or wicked back due to the nature of the spot, or possibly is not a spot but a permanent stain.

Why should i have my carpets protected?

If your carpet or upholstery has just been cleaned, or is brand new. RIGHT NOW is the best time to treat them with the best protectors. When treated, your furnishings will repel spills, stains and soiling by forming a durable barrier around each fibre.
