In-House rug cleaning plant

BADGER

Acronym for, Bugs, Allergens, Dirt, Grit, Extractor for Rug renovating

The rugbadger harnesses over 40,000 harmonic vibrations per minute to vibrate out most stubborn soil and sediment caught deep in the fibres of the rug.

We simply lay a grids of 10 feet by 6 feet on the floor of our rug cleaning plant, place the rug face down on top of the grid. We then run the badger over the backing of the carpet to loosen the soil. The soil falls from the backing of the rug through the pile, through the grid and is collected on the workshop floor, ensuring that none of the dry soil particles are left in the pile of the rug.

Then the appropriate cleaning method is used for the next stage of the process.

Finally the rug is carefully groomed then put in a plastic sleeve for transportation back to the client.
